Its main technology adopts international advanced big piece material,multi mould with continuous drawing,PCD and CVD mould,straightened polishing technology,post-products special treatment , and machine automatic control.
The company has studied and developed independenly below aspects:centrifugal mechanical polishing and magnetic polishing machine cnd technic,which is up to advanced level in domestic market for Mo shield and Tu/Mo bar;Tu/Mo wire straightened machine and technics,which only a few factiry own this technology in domestic industry.The new electrolyte polishing machine and technics for cleaning Tu/Mo wire,which are havagood quality in demestic market.
